The pulled pork sandwiches, including the Cuban, are Thursdays only. The prime rib dip comes round as a special rather than living on the printed board — ring (541) 449-5555 and ask what's on.
Saturdays, 4–8pm
Prime rib, Saturdays 4–8pm.
Ask Gena what sells and you get two answers: the Spicy Cowboy, and the Saturday Night Prime Rib. The second one has a deadline.
It goes on Saturdays only, from 4pm until 8pm, and it runs until the last cut is served — which in a town this size is often before eight. If you're driving in from Hermiston or Pendleton for it, ring ahead.
Call about Saturday →The usual questions.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, and it's the question the owners most want answered. In Gena's words: “we're not a bar, we're a restaurant with a bar.” There's a kids' menu and families eat here every night.
Can I order online?
Yes — order ahead through Clover for pickup, or ring (541) 449-5555 and it'll be boxed and waiting. There is no delivery: the town is small enough that a driver from the next town over would arrive with cold food, so they stopped.
Where does the beef come from?
Pat-n-Tam's, in Stanfield. The patties are hand-pressed here every day and none of it has ever been frozen.
What should I order the first time?
The Spicy Cowboy — cheddar, grilled jalapeños, an onion ring, BBQ and house-made sriracha aioli on a butter-toasted ciabatta roll. It's the most-ordered thing on the menu. If it's a Saturday between 4 and 8, the prime rib.
When is the prime rib?
Saturdays only, 4pm to 8pm. It often sells out before 8, so come early or ring ahead — especially if you're driving in for it.
Why aren't all the prices listed?
Because a wrong price on a website is worse than no price. The ones printed here are confirmed, including the whole beer list. The rest are on the board in the restaurant, where they're always right.
What are your hours?
Open every day, 11am to 10pm.
Order ahead and skip the wait.
Pickup through Clover, or call it through. Open every day, eleven till ten.
