What we're after

Line cook

Griddle and fryer. Burgers pressed by hand, apps and sauces made from scratch every day. Experience helps; being reliable helps more.

Server

Front of house, all ages of guest, families most nights. You are the reason people say the service is friendly in the reviews.

Bartender

Full bar, happy hour, and the lottery corner. Oregon OLCC service permit required, or willing to get one.

Dish and prep

The job that keeps every other job possible. Flexible hours, and a genuine way into the kitchen.
